The Vision

I created REVOLT N REIGN to prove that a competitive strategy card game does not need fantasy creatures, magic systems, or violence-based elimination to create deep, replayable, high-energy, high-level strategy.

My vision was to build a system based on real historical structure—using the principles of liberty, petitions, rights, institutional pressure, and constitutional resistance—to create a game where players win through decision-making, timing, adaptation, and systems control.

The goal was simple:

Teach systems through competition.
Teach liberty through structure.
Teach consequence through play.

Not through lectures.

Not through memorization.

Through action.

Each player constructs a customized 60-card deck drawn from a larger card pool spanning seven strategic subsets:

⚔️ Attack · 🛡️ Defense · 📋 Bills · 🗽 Freedom · 🏛️ Pillars · ⚖️ Rights · 🚫 Unconstitutional Acts

Every subset serves a distinct role on the battlefield. Every card you choose either sharpens your path to victory or widens the threat you pose across multiple win conditions simultaneously. Matches run 20 to 35 minutes, long enough for strategy to breathe, short enough that every decision carries real weight.

This isn't collect-and-hope. This is plan, adapt, and outthink.

The Board Is Already Against You

Before the first card is drawn, three Unconstitutional Acts are already in play.

They represent what the Founders warned about, the erosion of liberty through unchecked power and government corruption. You don't choose whether to face them. You choose how. That immediate pressure forces both players to engage from turn one, making Revolt N Reign one of the most tactically demanding competitive Card Games ever designed.

Four Ways to Win. All of Them Live. Simultaneously.

This is where Revolt N Reign separates itself from every other card game on the market. Most Strategy Games hand you one path to victory. Revolt N Reign gives you four, and your opponent has to defend against all of them at once.

⚔️ LP Victory
Reduce your opponent's Liberty Points to zero at the End Phase. The foundational path, but in a game where three Unconstitutional Acts are already threatening the board, LP pressure is never the whole story.

💥 Attack Victory
Destroy all three of your opponent's Unconstitutional Acts and the match ends instantly, no End Phase, no second chances. The most explosive win condition in the game. Pull it off and the message is clear.

📜 Petition & Pillar Scroll Victory
Establish four (4) active Petitions and three (3) Pillar Scrolls while maintaining
(LP ≥ 20) Liberty Points when the End Phase arrives. Positional. Methodical. Suffocating. Build your case while your opponent scrambles to dismantle it.

🃏 Deck-Out Victory
Force your opponent into an empty Draw Pile. If they cannot draw during their Draw Phase, they lose. Card effects that merely prevent drawing don't count, you have to actually dismantle their engine. The most surgical win in the game.

When multiple victory conditions trigger simultaneously, the active player wins. Know your moment.

Deep Enough to Master. Clean Enough to Learn.

Revolt N Reign is designed to be accessible from the first game and rewarding for a lifetime of play. The rules are clear. The subsets are intuitive. The depth comes from the interactions, the synergies between subsets, the timing of win condition pressure, and the deck combinations that even the designer hasn't fully mapped yet.
