REVOLT N REIGN

The 60-Card Multi-Axis Format

Revolt N Reign is a competitive constructed TCG: 357 card pool, unified resource system, four simultaneous win conditions. Unlimited deck construction possibilities and in-game decision trees.

The Board State: Seven Card Types, One Resource

Pillars: Your mana base. Generate Independence Points (IP) every turn. Run too few and you can't cast your Bills. Run too many and you dilute your win conditions.

Attack: Direct damage to opponent Defense cards and Unconstitutional Acts. The aggro line.

Defense: Protection for your board. The control element.

Bills: Escalating cost legislative actions that return to hand. Recurable utility that scales with game length.

Freedom: Timing based hybrid cards. Tech choices that reward sequencing and meta knowledge.

Rights: One-shot power plays. Your board wipes, your counters, your "gotcha" moments.

Turn Zero: Already Behind

Before you draw your first card, both players start with three Unconstitutional Acts on board, automatically draining Liberty Points (LP). No setup turns, no goldfishing, this shared threat is your game clock from the first draw, forcing immediate interaction. Manage it or lose to attrition.

Four Win Conditions. One Opponent. Zero Slack.

Your deck must threaten multiple axes. Your opponent must defend against all four. This isn't "alternate win con" territory where you pick one and hope they don't have hate. All four are live, always:

LP Victory: Reduce opponent's Liberty Points to zero by End Phase. Classic burn/attrition. But with three Acts already draining both players, this path is always under pressure.

Attack Victory: Destroy all three opponent Unconstitutional Acts. Instant win. No End Phase check. This is your "oops I combo'd off" path for aggressive builds.

Petition Victory: Assemble four active Petitions + three Pillar Scrolls while maintaining 20+ LP at End Phase. Your control/combo hybrid. Build inevitability while they scramble.

Deck-Out: Force opponent to empty draw pile. Mill/exhaust strategy. Surgical, slow, undeniable.

Simultaneous Triggers: When multiple victory conditions resolve, Active Player wins. Priority matters. Stack management matters. Know your windows.

The Numbers

60-card deck minimum

357-card pool

20-35 minute match time

Four macro-archetypes (LP/Burn, Aggro/Attack, Petition/Control, Mill/Exhaust)

Cross-archetype hybrid potential: Unmapped

Why This Matters for Competitive Play

Most TCGs force you to pick one strategy and hope the matchup favors you. Revolt N Reign forces four-dimensional play. Your deck must execute its primary line while threatening secondary wins, defending against four opponent paths, and managing a shared board state that deteriorates automatically.

The card pool is deep enough for emergent tech. The rules are tight enough for consistent judging. The format is new enough that the meta is genuinely open.

No other trading card game is built on real history. Revolt N Reign draws from the Founding Fathers' struggle against tyranny, overreach, and corruption, translating liberty, rights, and freedom into a deep competitive system. Every mechanic, from draw phase to end phase, from resource management to board control, connects back to the documents that shaped a nation. Deck construction, card combinations, and synergies create strategic depth that rewards adaptability unlike anything else on the tabletop market.
