TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "Customer") and David Michael Land, the sole founder and copyright holder of Revolt N Reign (®) ("RNR," "the Game," "the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, accessing, downloading, playing, or otherwise using any Revolt N Reign product, content, website, application, or digital platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Revolt N Reign is a constitutional strategy trading card game inspired by and built upon the founding documents of the United States of America. These Terms are drafted in that same spirit: to protect the rights of all parties and to establish a fair, just, and clear framework governing the use of this game and its associated products.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PURCHASE, ACCESS, OR USE ANY REVOLT N REIGN PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

Article I. Definitions

As used throughout these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"Game" means the Revolt N Reign trading card game, including all cards, rulebooks, game materials, expansions, and related products.
"Website" means revoltnreign.com and any associated subdomains or successor URLs.
"App" or "Digital Platform" means any Revolt N Reign mobile application, web application, or digital interface.
"Digital Play" means use of the Game through authorized online platforms, including but not limited to licensed virtual tabletop software.
"Content" means all game text, artwork, card designs, lore, rules, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and other creative materials associated with Revolt N Reign.
"User-Generated Content" or "UGC" means any content created or submitted by players, including fan art, videos, commentary, or custom card designs.
"Founder" means David Michael Land, sole owner, designer, and copyright holder of Revolt N Reign.
"Tournament" means any organized competitive play event sanctioned by Revolt N Reign, whether official or community-run.
"POD" or "Print-on-Demand" means third-party printing services authorized by Revolt N Reign to produce physical game materials.

Article II. Intellectual Property & Ownership

2.1 Copyright

All Content associated with Revolt N Reign, including but not limited to card artwork, game text, card names, game mechanics, rulebooks, logos, trade dress, website design, and app interfaces, is the exclusive intellectual property of David Michael Land and is protected under the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable international copyright law. © David Michael Land 2025. 2.2 Trademarks

"Revolt N Reign," the RNR logo, and all associated marks, names, slogans, and trade dress are the property of David Michael Land. Unauthorized use of any trademark associated with Revolt N Reign is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable federal and state law.

2.3 License to Play

Upon lawful purchase of a Revolt N Reign product, the Founder grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased physical cards and materials for personal, non-commercial gameplay purposes only. No ownership of any intellectual property is transferred by purchase.

2.4 Restrictions

Without the express prior written consent of David Michael Land, you may not:

Reproduce, copy, scan, or duplicate any card artwork, rulebook text, or game materials for commercial purposes.
Create, distribute, or sell counterfeit, unauthorized, or proxy versions of Revolt N Reign cards.
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Revolt N Reign Content.
Use Revolt N Reign trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorization.
Manufacture or distribute Revolt N Reign materials through any print-on-demand service not explicitly authorized by David Michael Land.

Article III. Website & App Terms of Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use revoltnreign.com and any associated app for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to use the Website or App in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the Website or App.

3.2 Account Responsibility

If you create an account on any Revolt N Reign platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of any third party.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, servers, or accounts associated with Revolt N Reign.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Website or App without express written permission.
Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the Website, App, or any associated services.

Article IV. Digital Play Terms

4.1 Authorized Digital Platforms

Revolt N Reign may be played digitally on platforms that have received explicit written authorization from David Michael Land. Any digital play on unauthorized platforms is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law.

4.2 User Conduct in Digital Play

Players engaging in digital play agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with fair play, sportsmanship, and respect for other players. Cheating, hacking, exploiting software bugs, or using unauthorized modifications in digital play environments is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Virtual Representations

Any virtual representations of Revolt N Reign cards or game materials within authorized digital platforms remain the intellectual property of David Michael Land. Digital access does not grant any ownership rights over game Content.

Article V. Purchases, Sales & Distribution

5.1 Direct Sales

Purchases made directly through revoltnreign.com are subject to the pricing, payment terms, and shipping policies published on the Website at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our Return Policy.

5.2 Print-on-Demand

Revolt N Reign products may be made available through authorized print-on-demand partners, including but not limited to third-party game manufacturing platforms. Only print-on-demand partners explicitly authorized in writing by David Michael Land may produce or distribute Revolt N Reign materials. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution through POD services constitutes infringement.

5.3 Retail & Distribution

Retail stores and distributors seeking to carry Revolt N Reign products must enter into a separate written distribution agreement with David Michael Land. Unauthorized resale of altered, repackaged, or counterfeit Revolt N Reign products is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, duties, or tariffs associated with your purchase based on your location. Revolt N Reign reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

5.5 No Investment Value

Revolt N Reign cards and game materials are sold for gameplay and entertainment purposes only. We make no representations or warranties regarding the investment value, collectibility, or future resale value of any Revolt N Reign product.

Article VI. Tournament & Organized Play

6.1 Sanctioned Tournaments

Official Revolt N Reign tournaments are subject to additional rules and guidelines by sponsors of the Official Tournament. Players participating in sanctioned events agree to comply with all applicable tournament rules.

6.2 Community-Run Events

Community-run tournaments using Revolt N Reign products are permitted for non-commercial, personal use, provided that no admission fees or entry costs are charged beyond actual cost recovery, no prizes of monetary value exceeding the actual cost of Revolt N Reign products are awarded without written authorization, and all official Revolt N Reign game rules are followed.

6.3 Conduct

All players in any tournament or organized play event, whether official or community-run, are expected to treat fellow players, judges, and organizers with dignity and respect. Revolt N Reign reserves the right to ban any player from official events for conduct violations, cheating, or violations of these Terms.

Article VII. User-Generated Content

7.1 Fan Content

Revolt N Reign welcomes fan art, fan videos, commentary, and other non-commercial creative works that celebrate the Game. By submitting or publicly sharing any UGC related to Revolt N Reign, you grant David Michael Land a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, share, and promote such content in connection with Revolt N Reign marketing and community activities.

7.2 Restrictions on UGC

You may not create or distribute UGC that:

Infringes on the intellectual property rights of Revolt N Reign or any third party.
Is sold or monetized without express written consent from David Michael Land.
Misrepresents official Revolt N Reign rules, lore, or content.
Is defamatory, obscene, or harmful to the Revolt N Reign brand or community.

7.3 No Endorsement

Revolt N Reign's acceptance or sharing of UGC does not constitute an endorsement of the creator or their content. We reserve the right to remove or decline to promote any UGC at our sole discretion.

Article VIII. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

REVOLT N REIGN PRODUCTS, THE WEBSITE, THE APP, AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DAVID MICHAEL LAND AND REVOLT N REIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF ANY REVOLT N REIGN PRODUCT, THE WEBSITE, THE APP, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless David Michael Land, Revolt N Reign, and their respective agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of Revolt N Reign products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Article IX. Privacy

Your use of the Website and App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and available at revoltnreign.com. By using our Website or App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Article X. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of any Revolt N Reign product or service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Kentucky.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

10.4 Venue

For any claims not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Article XI. Modifications to Terms

David Michael Land reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to revoltnreign.com with a revised effective date. Your continued use of any Revolt N Reign product or service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Article XII. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on revoltnreign.com, constitute the entire agreement between you and David Michael Land with respect to Revolt N Reign and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
