A Constitutional Strategy Trading Card Game
"What if the Founding Fathers designed a trading card game — and it was actually competitive?"
ABOUT THE GAME
What Is Revolt N Reign?
Revolt N Reign is a 2-player competitive trading card game built entirely on the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. Players build 60-card decks and battle across four distinct victory conditions — each one demanding a completely different strategy.
Designed by U.S. Air Force veteran David Michael Land, RNR is launching in 2026 to coincide with America's 250th anniversary. It is one of the most thematically significant card games to enter the market in a generation.
VICTORY CONDITIONS
Four Ways to Win. One Game.
1. Attack Victory Reduce your opponent's Liberty Points to zero.
2. Unconstitutional Acts Victory Destroy all 3 of your opponent's Unconstitutional Act cards.
3. Petition Victory Assemble 4 Petition and 3 Scroll Pillar cards in play with at least 20 Liberty Points remaining.
4. Deck-Out Victory Drain your opponent's draw pile until they cannot draw during their draw phase.

THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTS MECHANIC
Government Corruption Is a Mechanic. Not a Talking Point.
Unconstitutional Acts are the only cards in RNR that never live in a player's hand. They represent documented, real-life instances of government acting against the founding documents. Before the game begins, each player selects exactly 3 UAs and places them on the board as pre-game setup — making them a strategic target from the very first turn.
THE DESIGN TEASE
The Flaw No TCG Has Fixed. Until Now.
Nearly every TCG ever made — including the giants — shares the same structural flaw: the player who goes first holds an advantage before a single strategy is deployed. It has been accepted as an unavoidable truth of the format for 30 years.
Revolt N Reign rejects that.
A pre-game mechanic engineered into RNR ensures both players begin on genuinely equal footing — without slowing the game down or adding complexity. Every aspect of RNR, from card costs to turn structure to board setup, was considered through the lens of balanced, competitive play. Nothing was left to chance. Everything was playtested.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
David Michael Land Founder & Designer, Revolt N Reign
U.S. Air Force veteran. Missile maintenance technician. Independent game designer.
David's introduction to TCGs came 30 years ago with Magic: The Gathering's 4th Edition. He walked away from the game 25 years ago — and came back not as a player, but as a builder. In just under a year, working alone, he designed and developed Revolt N Reign from concept to a complete 355-card competitive TCG system. No team. No studio. No shortcuts.
The foundation was four years of deep study of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights — not as a history lesson, but as a design blueprint.
THE CULTURAL MOMENT
America's 250th. One Game. One Window.
Revolt N Reign is launching at America's semiquincentennial — the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. The cultural moment isn't a marketing angle. It's baked into the game's DNA.
In a politically divided country, RNR lets players inhabit the tension of American ideals — not get lectured about them, not a political lean, not left, right, or center. Government corruption isn't a talking point in RNR. It's a mechanic.
